MAKING THINGS BETTER FOR OVER 30 YEARS
For over 30 years, it’s been my mission “to make things better” for organizations and people. Getting results defines my relationships with clients. And while my clients are varied and diverse, public and private sector, they have several things in common: long-term, repeat, and satisfied. They get what they pay for—and more.
MEANINGFUL SOLUTIONS
My father was a country doctor, and I grew up working in his medical practice. Seeing him grow a thriving medical practice while providing extraordinary service to his employees, patients and community inspired me. That inspiration guides me in my work with clients. As a small business owner—two restaurants, sporting goods store, and consulting practice—I understand the challenges managers and owners face. I partner with clients to identify and implement solutions, answer difficult questions, re-think direction, and find ways to work together.
PLAY OFTEN
As a Northwest native, I enjoy the opportunities and beauty of the region and staying active with running, hiking, snowshoeing, Pilates, and boating.
My family and I have been lifelong supporters of the
Haring Center for Inclusive Education at the University of Washington. Additionally, I serve as a Board member.
