Whether your leaders and managers are new or experienced, I offer comprehensive training to help supervisory and leadership teams perform at their very best.
I’m experienced in identifying needs and creating and delivering content to organizations, large and small, spanning across industries, including car rental, coffee, health care, construction, insurance, engineering, and government agencies.
The topics reflect the needs of each client: From what every supervisor should know to facilitating change, personally and organizationally, to leading strategic initiatives.
Before the training, I work with clients to:
Determine training needs, outcomes, budgets, and timelines
Review prior training materials
Create participant buy-in through surveys or focus groups
Identify specific topic and opportunities for growth
Identify evaluation and measurements for training effectiveness
During the training to:
Deliver engaging and relevant curriculum
Involve all participants in the sessions
Evaluate and adjust content and delivery as needed
Give life to the vision, mission, goals, and values
After the training to:
Identify reinforcement and follow-up methods
Identify additional areas of opportunity
One-on-one coaching encourages and develops a shift in who you are, what you do, and how you do it. Coaching services are not to be construed as, or replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice.
Time with a coach is an opportunity to explore and develop interpersonal and leadership skills to ensure professional growth and success.
I work with coaching clients to:
Identify the objectives for the coaching sessions
Clarify expectations for the coach and client
Identify client accountability and responsibilities
Establish confidentiality boundaries
Establish a budget and timeline for the sessions
Identify a method of evaluation
Each meeting will include an agenda, informal evaluation of progress, feedback from the coach, and a recommitment to the process. Coaching clients are expected to complete assignments between sessions.
Sometimes you have to “retreat” if you want to “advance.” Time away from the office routine is a great way to recharge, reeducate, and regroup. Expert facilitation ensures engaging and productive meetings and retreats that get results.
I work with clients to:
Clarify retreat objectives
Ensure that the meeting is a good use of time and resources
Develop specific, measurable goals for the retreat
Create an interesting, well-timed agenda
Serve as a neutral chairperson
Keep the meeting focused and productive
Create an open atmosphere
Strengthen relationships and teamwork
Develop engaging activities
Create action plans
Evaluate the retreat’s effectiveness
Develop follow-up activities
Mediation is a valuable means of conflict resolution for individuals or small groups. I can help move parties to productive conversations, greater openness to and recognition of the perspective and experience of others. Through mediation, trust, teamwork, communication, and relationships are improved.
I work with clients to:
Understand and identify sources of conflict and misunderstanding
Identify readiness to participate in sessions
Prepare parties for sessions
Identify interests
Identify agreements for moving forward
Establish a framework for follow-up to ensure progress
